Forty hours remain on the permit. This power request would take three hundred thirty-six. Fuel, maintenance, interconnect, and counsel are clear. The hours are not. It does not clear. It does not trip the unit.

A power request names the megawatts and the dates. The record checks it against the plant behind the campus and returns clear or not, and why.
24 MW clears
The same dates, cut to a size the hours can hold. The smaller request comes back clear. The permit, the limit, the yard, the calculation, and the decision stay on the record.
Start from a CSV. If an OEM meter feed exists, the record can read hours and starts. It does not write to the controller.
